Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing and branding projects simultaneously.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects
meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.
Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates, share performance metrics, and present deliverables to clients.
Lead and manage the Client Services team, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to measure project success.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
Prepare detailed performance reports for internal reviews and client presentations.
Skills Required
Great communication skills – written and oral.
Ability to build rapport with clients/team.
Docker, Kubernetes
Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure/deadlines.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Ability to research solutions with a problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in project management within a digital marketing or agency setting.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
Collaborative and Inclusive Work Environment with a focus on innovation and creativity.
