Key Account Manager

Position: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing and branding projects simultaneously.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects
  • meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Delegate tasks and manage workflows across creative, content, and performance marketing teams.
  • Foster collaboration, facilitate problem-solving, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • To support management in developing, benchmarking, and deploying client service strategies focused on client retention and delight.
  • Oversee resource allocation and efficiently plan team capacity to optimize productivity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates, share performance metrics, and present deliverables to clients.
  • Address client concerns promptly, integrate feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage the Client Services team, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Utilize project management tools effectively to ensure streamlined implementation, tracking, and reporting of projects.
  • Promote adherence to project management best practices across all teams.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to measure project success.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for internal reviews and client presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in project management within a digital marketing or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.

Skills Required

  • Great communication skills – written and oral.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients/team.
  • Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure/deadlines.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to research solutions with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work in an organized manner.
