Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by selling the agency's creative and digital services to clients. Their role involves a blend of sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
  • Outbound lead generation - Identifying and reaching out to potential prospects across target industries through outbound marketing channels like cold-calling, drip email campaigns, social media outreach, events, conferences etc.
  • Identifying client goals, challenges, and requirements & creating customized proposals that address client needs and showcase the agency's expertise.
  • Prepare agreements / quotations / contracts after discussing terms, pricing, and timelines with clients to close the projects.
  • Liaison with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, handover and ensure the team understands the client's work brief, vision and goals from the engagement. Keeping abreast of the latest lead generation and marketing trends and technologies. Identify potential partnership opportunities with other agencies / strategic partners for collaboration and revenue growth.
  • Build, maintain and own the sales pipeline to ensure healthy revenue growth for the company

Qualifications :

  • 1 years of prior experience in business development or sales of digital services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related

Skills Required :

  • Excellent Presentation Skills & command over MS-Office
  • Lead Generation and Market Research capabilities
  • Strong Communication skills
