Role: Marketing and Business Development Associate
Position: Full Time
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct secondary research to identify new markets and opportunities for new business.
- Utilize approved social media channels (such as LinkedIn and Twitter) to network with prospects/clients and champion our services.
- Reach out to potential prospects via Email / Social to get the first introduction call / meeting.
- Prepare Proposals & Agreements for Prospects/Clients based on the initial discussion and their requirements.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our industry, our services, and the competitive landscape.
- Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects to creating new business.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lead generation, conversion, and selling services. Understanding of digital as a medium will be a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
- Exceptional time management skills displaying the ability to manage multiple tasks with strict attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients, and colleagues based on mutual respect and integrity.
- Comfortable working virtually. Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
