Work/R.A.M Global

Five businesses. Three countries. One unified brand.

How a single motif brought scattered verticals together under the R.A.M Global master brand.

The challenge

Every vertical had its own name, its own identity.

Across three countries, each business vertical operated under a separate name and visual identity. Customers met them one at a time, never realising they were part of one organisation.

The group's true breadth and collective strength stayed invisible. It needed a master brand that could hold every vertical together, without erasing what made each one distinct.

01

Five Verticals

Each with their own identity and strong brand recall.

02

Three Regions

Each with their own naming conventions and regional recall.

03

Weak Cross-Sell

Customers were not aware of the other verticals, which led to lost opportunity.

The solution

A shared brand motif, across verticals

A compact arrowhead, dubbed The Northmark, is defined with a right angle and always pointing north-east. A small compass for the brand, a marker of direction, clarity and upward momentum.

Compact, confident and architected rather than organic. Its single orientation never changes, and it is never mirrored or rotated.

The Northmark lives inside the R of the wordmark, fused so it can never be separated. Every sub-brand inherits the same construction, so each vertical keeps its name while clearly belonging to R.A.M Global.

The thinking behind colour & type

Grounded, with a spark of direction.

One palette had to feel at home in every country and every vertical — stable enough to trust, distinctive enough to own.

Typography — Refined at the top. Practical everywhere else.

An elegant, open display face sets the tone for headlines and banners — modern, readable and quietly premium.

A sturdier companion handles everything from body copy to interfaces, avoiding monotony while keeping the system consistent across countries and teams.

Earthy, established, assured

A rich, warm brown carries the wordmark. It feels solid and dependable — the colour of a group with deep roots, not a start-up.

Reserved for direction

A bright yellow is kept for the Northmark and divider. Because it appears so deliberately, the eye always finds the point of intent.

Flexibility without dilution

Muted pastels support backgrounds, infographics and patterns, giving each vertical room to vary while the core stays untouched.

The imagery

Always looking up.

Landmark architecture shot from a worm's-eye view — scale, progress and a global outlook, echoing the Northmark's upward direction.

Ambient branding

One brand you can walk into.

From reception walls to meeting rooms, the Northmark's angles and the brand colours turn offices in every country into the same unmistakable place.

Applications

The Signature R, everywhere.

Where the full wordmark can't fit, the Signature R carries the whole identity on its own.

The result

Scattered names became one master brand.

R.A.M Global now presents a stronger collective identity across three countries — with every vertical pointing in the same direction.
